Failed in Grade 7 twice and skipped Grades 8 & 9
Passed Grade 10 privately, securing only a 3rd class
Emerged as a college topper, district commerce topper, and university rank-holder
Transitioned from Telugu-medium schooling to English-medium higher education
Secured 7th rank in graduation and earned a Master’s seat at a top university campus
Holds qualifications in Commerce, Taxation, Finance (Master’s), ICAI, and CPA
Currently pursuing LLB, UAE CA, US CMA, and other courses & certifications to deepen
and advance legal, strategic, and business acumen

Mohamed Sha Mowlavi is a distinguished entrepreneur and business leader with over four decades of international expertise spanning the Gulf region, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States. He is recognized for his strategic vision and operational excellence, particularly during his 34-year tenure with Riyadh House Est. (Jeraisy Group) in Saudi Arabia, where he ascended to Regional Manager for the Eastern Province, Bahrain, and Qatar. In this capacity, he was pivotal in expanding market presence, managing multimarket portfolios, and driving sustainable regional growth.

His entrepreneurial acumen is demonstrated through founding and directing diverse ventures, including the SPEA-accredited Universal Training Center in Sharjah and serving as a Director for Karuna Medical University in India. Sha Mowlavi’s profile is further distinguished by his multilingual fluency and an MBA in Marketing, which underpins his adeptness in cross-cultural business development and institution-building. Shabbir is a senior technology consultant, training professional, and ICT procurement strategist with over 30 years of experience across public and private sector organizations. His expertise spans digital process automation, enterprise systems, workforce training, and value-driven procurement. He began his career in IT education and courseware development and has since trained more than 5,000 students and professionals in programming, HR, management, and technology-driven skills, with a strong focus on practical and employment-oriented learning.

Shabbir has held key roles in large institutions, including the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he contributed to enterprise ICT procurement strategies, Oracle Financials implementation, budgeting automation, and RFP standardization, delivering measurable cost savings and improved governance. He is also a published author of Click, Connect, Convert: A Beginner’s Guide to Retail CX Automation, reflecting his focus on customer-centric digital solutions.

Currently, at OmegaMetrix, he leads digital transformation initiatives involving cloud platforms, RFID AutoID, and manufacturing process automation, delivering scalable and operationally efficient solutions.

She began her career as a Biomedical Engineer at a reputed hospital in the UAE, gaining strong technical and analytical foundations. She later transitioned into the education sector, serving as a Manager at a prominent educational institute in the UAE, where she was actively involved in academic operations, institutional growth, and student-focused initiatives.
